Camacho Benefit for Frank Jr.

There will be a silent auction and lots of food and fun.  There will be bands performing and Sequential Sound will DJ.  This is a fund raiser for Frank Jr.'s medical expenses.  See everyone there!

Frank Camacho Obit

RIP Camacho patriarch!

Frank Raphael Camacho, 75, of Sullivan, passed away at 9:15 p.m. July 21, 2013 in his residence.   He was born Aug. 17, 1937 in Manhattan, New York, N.Y. to Francisco and Olympia Diaz Camacho.   Frank is survived by his wife Sonja Wright Camacho; children Pamela R. Murphy (Michael), Kenova, W.Va; Frank R. Camacho, Jr. (Kim), Mark, Ill.;  Roy A. Camacho (Imelda), Mendota, Ill.; Benjamin D. Camacho (Mary), Bloomfield, Ind.; Andrew B. Camacho (Alicia), Ottawa, Ill.; Dawn Alice Camacho, LaSalle, Ill.; Katrina M. Jarrell, Peru, Ill.; and step-daughter Theresa Brown (Neil), Sullivan, Ind.; sisters Eileen Lopez, Shirley, N.Y.; and Elaine Peña (Nelson), Tampa, Fla.; and 22 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by the mother of his children, Dawn Alice Camacho, of Peru, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Shirley Noble and grandson Travis Benjamin Camacho.  Frank was a Navy Veteran who served in the Middle East during the Suez Canal Crisis.  Following his Navy service, he worked as a Boilermaker for 45 years with Local 374. 

Visitation will be Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of services at 12 p.m., at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan, Ind.   Military honors will be presented by the Shelburn, Sullivan, and Hymera American Legions and the Sullivan County VFW.

Okay, so apparently the baby shower didn't go exactly as planned as Moira decided she wanted to be there for the party, too!!

Baby Shower for Jessica and Matt

We're having a baby shower for Jessica and Matt (and little Moira) on Saturday, May 26 in Sullivan, Indiana, starting at 2 p.m.  The location is Frank and Sonja's place (Jessica's grandfather) -- same place as the wedding.  We're having finger foods, cake and fun.  Sequential Sound will also provide the music.
